If the synergy is right, we’ll extend an invitation to experience our introductory offer.

Step2: Try us out

Join us at our North London studio on a pre-determined day and time for a comprehensive session.

After assessing your current fitness level we will determine the ideal style of reformer pilates training that best suits you.

Beyond reformer pilates, we will discuss which complimentary services such as yoga, strength training, craniosacral therapy, would be appropriate for you.

Step3: Achieve your goals

By the end of this session, we’ll establish together the optimal duration and frequency of training, tailored to your commitment to health.

Depending on your availability and  commitment, we recommend 1-3 sessions per week for faster improvement and lasting change.

During the initial complimentary call, Ana and Anastasis will provide expert guidance to determine the optimal frequency and training format tailored specifically to your individual needs.

Blocks / Memberships

There is no contract with any of our membership plans.

If 48hours after your 1st session you decide you don’t want to continue working with us we will refund the investment for the sessions you purchased including the one you had. Your experience might be suboptimal not only because of our session, but because of the commute to our studio and parking, or the disruption it might have caused to your family life, etc.
