• Reduce the chances of a bone fracture if you fall

• Enhance your cognitive functions.

The more Parkinson’s Disease progresses the more limited the patients are in the activities they can perform. This sequence will set a great foundation and if practiced regularly you will soon be able to perform more complex exercises.
